Ince, Liverpool

Ince is a project we began before Covid-19, and due to the knock-on effects construction has been delayed. This however did not stop us from developing the project further, ensuring it is ready when the opportunity arises.

The site suffers from flooding in heavy rain, therefore our design has to improve ground drainage, and build above the area that typically suffers from ponding.

The client expressed a desire to be able to accommodate for family gatherings, with a large decked area allowing for dining and relaxing, while the smart lawn space allows children to play.

The raised beds surrounding the garden frame and encapsulate the space, while reducing the strain when maintaining plants.

We are hoping that construction will start soon, taking it to completion in the near future!
